At LILIVANT, we work with independent designers and ateliers across the globe. Each order is shipped directly from the designer, which means your items may arrive in more than one package. Every shipment includes its own tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.
DeliveryWe offer flat-rate global shipping at A$15 per order, regardless of origin. Most items are dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Duties & TaxesFor orders delivered to Australia, the US, the EU, the UK and selected regions, all duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price (Delivery Duties Paid).
For destinations outside these regions, duties and taxes may be payable directly to the courier upon delivery (Delivery At Place). Any such charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Tracking & Lost ParcelsYou will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, please contact us.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we will open an investigation with the courier within 48 hours. Where a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns & RefundsWe want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you do not, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, with all designer tags, packaging, and any dust bags or boxes included. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable ItemsThe following are considered final sale and cannot be returned: Made-to-order or customised pieces (unless faulty) Intimates, swimwear, and accessories worn close to the body (unless hygiene seal is intact)
ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges. To change size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty ItemsIf you believe your item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photographs. If accepted, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Please note that damage caused by wear or misuse is not covered.
Pre-OrdersPre-orders give you early access to selected releases. Full payment is taken at checkout, and your estimated delivery date will be shown before you confirm your order.
Pre-order items ship separately once released. If your pre-order has not yet been prepared, you may request cancellation in Orders & Returns. Once prepared, the item can only be returned under our standard returns policy.
Pre-orders are refundable, provided they meet the return conditions above.
Made-to-OrderSome of our designers create exclusively on a made-to-order basis. These pieces are crafted specifically for you, often by hand, in limited runs or as unique commissions. This model allows us to celebrate slow, intentional creation while minimising waste.
Production times vary by designer and complexity, typically 2–6 weeks. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
Full payment is taken at checkout to confirm your order and begin production.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. Requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be considered depending on the designer’s capacity. Made-to-order and customised items are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of faults.
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We will liaise with the designer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
